This website introduces Dr. Amar Sayani’s work and shares general educational material. It does not provide an individual diagnosis, treatment plan, emergency response, or clearance to return to activity. Using this website or submitting a general inquiry does not establish a doctor–patient relationship.

Contact and appointments

The contact form is for general inquiries about appointments, education, and collaboration. It is not a clinical intake service. Do not enter medical records, symptoms, or other sensitive health information. A submission confirmation indicates that the form was submitted; it does not confirm email delivery, a response time, or an appointment.
