Youth Sports
Both strong visual and mental skills are critical to develop the foundation for safe and effective lessons from youth sports participation. Optometric vision therapy, neuro-feedback and mental performance counselling are critical for successful development and are growing with the positive attributes early sports performance provides. For those with young children participating in sports’ long-term athletic development is the primary goal of youth sports.
